Eu não teria que ter ganho os presentes e a liberação dos 2 quartos A e B, acredito que seja u bug que está acontecendo no Brasil, na França e nos EUA onde eu fiz a assinatura também. Peço ajuda que vejam se é um bug e me ajudem desde já agradeço.

you have subscribed for 3 weeks ("You accumulated 3 week (s) of the new VIP subscription"), so you got the gifts for this duration.
Gifts are not obtained when you buy the subscription, you will have the first room 1 year after the purchase of your subscription, when 1 year will be "lived".
